HR Manager (Part Time)

We are looking for an HR Manager to join our team. Building on your existing HR experience, you will be asked to deliver the people strategy; to drive performance and wellbeing that is aligned with the Booja-Booja ethos. You will be responsible for ensuring that our internal processes provide a positive employee experience, while working well for the business as a whole.

Day to day the role will be varied, encompassing recruitment, absence management, performance management, people development and engagement, rewards and benefits. It’s a great opportunity where you will be mixing day to day operations with strategy. There will also be opportunities to streamline policies and procedures, coordinate multiple operational people functions and further shape the culture of our business.

As you will be taking charge of a wide range of responsibilities, you will need to be an excellent communicator, who can motivate others with your passion for people. It would be great if you have experience within the food manufacturing environment and/or have held a standalone people-focused role on a busy manufacturing site. This experience would mean you understand the need to pick up transactional activity alongside focusing on business strategy.
