Booja-Booja is looking for a Graphic designer to create and ensure effective delivery of printed, digital, packaging and other design needs of the business.
Aligning with our core values of Respect, Professionalism and Innovation, you will follow a brief and our Brand Guidelines to design marketing communications materials both printed, such as brochures, posters, adverts, and point of sale; and digital, including social media assets, website and WordPress which will be used to promote the Booja-Booja brand.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining effective and up-to-date storage of all company visual assets including photography and pack shots, artwork for packaging and marketing communications materials and all other brand assets. You will also contribute to the development of company photographic style and guidelines and have the ability to manage multiple ongoing projects.
The ideal candidate will hold (or be very close to obtaining) a Graphic Design degree of 2.1 or above. Must have a good working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and have a good knowledge of design processes, printing techniques and technologies to enable design to be converted to artwork and artwork to print. Photographic skills along with current knowledge and understanding of digital marketing (PPC, SEO, social media, web and email marketing) would be a distinct advantage.
Supported by a strong and encouraging team, this is a fantastic opportunity to take the step from your degree to a career in graphic design, or to use your existing experience to make a significant impact, whilst helping Booja-Booja to develop. In return you will, of course, be financially rewarded and you will also be part of a business that genuinely cares about growing in a way that has a positive impact on the world.
If you think you have what it takes to inspire our team and support our company to even greater success, please email our HR team with your CV or telephone 01508 557900 to find out more. No agencies please.
